We offer a replacement or a refund if you are not happy with your order. Just don't call us on your last pack of steaks!

Because you are an owner, the meat is processed by a state-licensed custom butcher rather than a USDA facility. The packages will be labeled 'Not for Sale' because the meat is strictly for your own personal use.
