Raising The 7th Generation of Ranchers.
Why our beef?
Since 1899, my husbands family has lived and worked on the same land here on the Colorado plains. My husband Ryan’s grandfather—Grandpa Alva—is nearly 100 years old and still lives in the very house he was born in. Maybe it’s the wide-open space. Maybe it’s the clean air. But we believe it’s the beef.
Ryan’s been ranching since he was a little boy. It’s in his blood. After years working as a cattle protein delivery driver—and me as a dental assistant—we’ve come back to the ranch full-time to raise our kids, grow our own homestead and cattle, and carry on a legacy we deeply believe in.
Every day on the ranch is a family affair. They rotate cattle through healthy pastures, finish them on homegrown grain ration, and raise them with no hormones and no shortcuts—just fresh grass, sunshine, and old-fashioned hard work. We’re learning and growing as a family, and we’re proud to offer beef that’s as flavorful and nutritious as it is trustworthy.
As a mom, I care about what goes on my family’s plate—and I know other families do too. In a world where health is harder to come by, we believe it’s time to get back to whole foods and neighbors feeding neighbors.
This isn’t just about beef. It’s about food that fuels strong bodies and stronger communities. It’s about keeping a legacy alive. And when you buy from us, you're not just getting awesome beef—you’re helping keep a family ranch alive for the next generation.
HOMEGROWN
Not All Pasture- Raised Beef Is Created The Same
If you've tried all beef at the store in the past and have been disappointed, you're not the only one. Here's what most people don't know: Ranchers don’t shop at the grocery store for beef. And the reason is, because it doesn’t taste the same.
Our Angus cattle our homegrown. Born and raised on Colorado Land. We are proud to say that they are finished on homegrown hay and grain also. We know exactly what goes in and what comes out is excellent tender beef.
At Bar H Quarter Circle Ranch, Ryan has spent years carefully learning the art of raising beef cattle. The do’s and don’ts. To ensure the most humane practices. Our Angus cattle develop amazing marbling and tenderness with the homegrown ration we feed the last 120 days. Additionally, Ryan plans our grazing rotations to ensure the cattle receive optimal nutrition throughout the season.
The result is tender, flavor packed beef that competes or surpasses your generic grocery store beef in taste, while offering quality nutrition. It's the best of both—tasty beef that is better for your family table.
