You are paying for a PRECUT QUARTER. This option has Filet Mignon, New York, T bones, Flat Iron Steaks.
There will be approx 45 to 60lbs of ground and the remainder as cuts (more steaks, roasts, ribs, shanks etc)
Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $5.50/lb. Final price is around $1200 to $1375 depending on hanging weight.
Pricing is calculated 2 weeks prior to when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered.
Shipping & Returns
We deliver to a common drop off point for each location. This is a free service we offer and you will receive a delivery schedule via email prior to your order being ready.
We do not deliver to your door. Please choose the nearest drop off city neat you.
Returns
We offer a replacement or a refund if you are not happy with your order. Just don't call us on your last pack of steaks!

Our bulk beef is just $5.50/lb hanging weight, which comes out to about $8.65/lb in your freezer.
