If you have room, a QUARTER BEEF is an AMAZING way to buy beef. Our quarters are MIXED meaning they are half a side, so you have all the cuts of the front quarter and all the cuts of the hind!
We estimate a QUARTER will last a family of four 3-5 months. It is approx 140-160lbs of TAKE HOME YIELD and because we process monthly you can have a fresh quarter every quarter!
